03Proprietary Technology

All AI voice models, 3D web frameworks, dashboards, algorithms, and local SEO strategies deployed on this site and within our services are proprietary technologies owned by GBP Discovery AI. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of our technology without prior written consent.

04Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, account access, and timely feedback needed to perform services.
• Maintain ownership and good standing of your Google Business Profile, ad accounts, and domain names.
• Use our services in compliance with Google's, Meta's, and other platforms' respective policies.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or suspected security issues.

05Payments & Billing

Service fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are outlined in your specific service agreement or order form. Late payments may result in suspension of active services, including AI Voice agents, ad campaigns, and profile management.

06No Guaranteed Results

Digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market competition, algorithm changes, budget, and location. GBP Discovery AI does not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, call volume, or return on ad spend. See our Disclaimers page for further detail.

07Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the notice period specified in your service agreement. Upon termination, access to dashboards, AI Voice agents, and managed ad accounts may be revoked, and outstanding invoices remain due.

08Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GBP Discovery AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

09Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GBP Discovery AI is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
